The project was designed programmatically for a couple who wanted to live with their pets. The clients were looking for a place in the countryside where they have more quietness in addition to achieve different organization from the apartment and urban system. Therefore, unlike what we see in the use of permitted occupancy levels in other projects, in Design of the House, the occupancy level that we used is less than the permitted level to give more spaces to designing the landscape for the pets that give them more comfort. In the design process according to the needs of the client paying attention to functions was more important than formal designing.

Designing the House includes four discipline such as Architecture, Structure, Electrical and Mechanical, that all disciplines were modelled with details by using BIM (Building Information Modeling) with Revit software. House of Noshad, Marjan, Shokolat and others were designed by EPC method.
