Kadopich modern villa was designed in 1397 for two old friends with different needs of a villa. The project was formed after overlapping needs of the clients from a cube with a length of 15 meters and a width of 10 meters.

In the first step of the design process, the desired volume was divided into two sections,6 and 4 meters buy cutting in the longitudinal axis. In the second step, the two sections slid 3 meters apart and were placed in their new position which provided a suitable space for the north and south balconies on the ground floor.

The last step was to add a cube to the previous mass according to the needs of the Villa, which included private spaces.
