We started the Second Alternative of SaadatAbad project design by considering four separate blocks. Each block contains single units that are stacked on top of each other in the floors.

The spaces of these four blocks made it possible for us to design interactive centers in private or public form. Most terraces on each floor are designed for shared use by existing units.

The project’s facade is a veneer of parallel lines that, in addition to separating the building from the surrounding environment, it acts as a cover for terraces.
